Alberta Chief Medical Officer, Deena Hinshaw, and the Alberta Provincial government, through their attorneys, apparently admitted in court that they do not have an isolate of SARS-CoV-2, the alleged virus that is said to cause COVID-19. In other words, Canada has no legal basis to issue mandates or laws regarding lockdowns, masks, social distancing or any other advisories regarding COVID-19 which are based on a virus that is not known to exist.
That Canada does not possess an isolate of SARS-CoV-2 has been known for some time. What many may find more shocking is the fact that no one else in the world is known to have a proper isolate of the alleged virus either, at least not according to Koch's postulates or Rivers' postulates.
For some background regarding this case, see Alberta Chief Medical Officer Hinshaw Will Fight Her Subpoena to Appear in Alberta Court on Wednesday. Contained i the article is the following:
According to accused Pat King, "by responding to my subpoena this way, the CMOH has strongly indicated that Alberta's decision to lockdown all business and public facilities had no relationship to medical science or to doctor recommendations."[...]
It requires the CMOH (Chief Medical Officer Deena Hinshaw) to bring “all white papers describing the isolation of the COVID-19 aka SARS-CoV-2 virus in human beings, directly from a sample taken from a diseased patient,” since “these white papers would have been integral in the crafting of the statutes made under the “Public Health Act” here in Alberta.”
Hinshaw has managed to avoid producing evidence supporting her government's decision to lockdown Alberta at least once before.
Alberta court case: Chief Medical Officer, Deena Hinshaw, fails to provide evidence of SARS-CoV-2 isolate
12bytes says: UPDATE: Dan Dicks interviewed Patrick King to clear up dependencies in the Stew Peters-Patrick King interview. Note that nothing has changed regarding Deena Hinshaw's failure to produce evidence of a SARS-CoV-2 isolate, meaning that there is no evidence that the virus that is alleged to cause COVID-19 exists and therefore all mandates, lockdowns, etc., are not based on science. Most importantly, without a proper isolate it is not possible to design a vaccine. The COVID-19 "vaccines", which by definition are not vaccines (they are gene therapies), were designed using a partial genetic sequence that is alleged to be SARS-CoV-2 in combination with a computer generated sequence from GenBank.
Patrick King has been trending on twitter due to a viral video where it is claimed that the province of Alberta rolled back on their lockdown measures as a result of Patrick’s court proceedings and this is not true as Patrick states “I Wasn’t Successful, No I did Not Win The Court Case”. In this video Dan Dicks of Press For Truth speaks with Patrick King in order to clear up some discrepancies in regards to what is happening with his case.
12bytes says: UPDATE: While Alberta Chief Medical Officer, Deena Hinshaw, could not produce evidence of a SARS-CoV-2 isolate, it appears that King's case may have had nothing to do with the relaxation of COVID-19 restrictions in Alberta.
