A second group of photographs was added to the Frozen gallery. I captured these a few days ago along the same creek that the photographs for the first group were captured.
The frozen waterfall was as spectacular as ever and i got some interesting photographs, however the ice on the creek was covered with snow this time and so i did not expect to find any cool ice formations. When i looked more closely in one particular area where there was a hole in the ice however, a hidden cavern of very interesting formations was revealed. “Don’t judge a book by its cover” seems to be the motto here. I can only wonder at what other secrets lie hidden between the layers of ice that are not visible.
